Your information

Privacy Policy

Information we collect

When you request an estimate, we collect your name, phone number and city, plus your email and project details if you add them. The form also records the date and time you sent it. Please don’t include payment card details, ID documents or other sensitive information.

Your browser also sends the business phone number you saw, how you found us (lead source) and any UTM campaign tags from the link you followed. Our form doesn’t process or store those tracking fields. Our hosting provider, and any analytics tools we turn on, may log your IP address, the time of your visit, the page you came from and your browser and device type.

How we use information

We use your request to reply to you, talk through the job, schedule an estimate and keep in touch about your project by phone, text or email. If we set up analytics, campaign information shows us how people find us. Asking for an estimate doesn’t sign you up for unrelated marketing.

Session storage, cookies and third-party tools

Our site uses your browser’s sessionStorage to remember which phone number you saw and any UTM campaign tags during your visit. It lasts only for your browser session and isn’t a persistent tracking cookie. The site works without it, and you can clear it in your browser at any time.

Trustindex displays our reviews and Google Maps shows our location on this site. If we turn it on, Google Tag Manager may load analytics or other tags. These services can use cookies and device information under their own privacy policies. As of the date above, Trustindex and Google Maps are active on this site and Tag Manager is not. Tag Manager waits to load until you interact with the page or 3.5 seconds pass. That delay is not a consent tool.

Who receives information

When you send the form, your request goes to us as a notification through Telegram, over a secure HTTPS connection. The website doesn’t send your request to a CRM, save it in spreadsheet files or text you through a messaging service. If we add a CRM or texting provider that receives your information, we’ll update this policy.

We may also share information with our hosting and technical providers, when the law requires it, to protect rights and safety, or in a sale or transfer of the business with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We will not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How We Protect Your Information

The site runs over HTTPS with security headers, and the server blocks public access to data files, logs and hidden system files. The form checks required fields, validates US phone numbers, cleans up email addresses and escapes text before sending the notification. That notification travels over HTTPS with certificate checks on.

We limit who can see your information, collect only what we need and keep our service accounts secure. If a data breach affects your information, we’ll notify you as required by law, including California Civil Code § 1798.82. No online system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

Retention

We keep quote requests for up to 24 months, unless a shorter period makes sense or the law requires us to keep them longer. This applies to our Telegram notification history and anywhere else your request is stored. We keep only what we need for legitimate business or legal purposes.

Your privacy choices and requests

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop non-essential messages, by emailing [email protected] or calling (916) 527-9532. We aim to respond within 45 days, subject to identity verification, legal exceptions and any extensions the law allows. To confirm it’s you, we’ll ask only for what we need, never for unnecessary sensitive information.

California privacy rights

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, may give you rights over your personal information, depending on whether those laws apply to us and to your request. They can include the right to know the categories and specific pieces of information we collect, why we collect it and the categories of recipients; to ask us to delete or correct it; and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Some rights about sensitive personal information may also apply. We don’t ask for payment or identity documents through this website.

We don’t sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so today there is nothing to opt out of. Send any privacy request using the contact details above. An authorized agent can make a request for you, and we’ll check their authorization and your identity. We won’t treat you differently for using your privacy rights.

Do Not Track and browser signals

As required by the California Online Privacy Protection Act: our site does not respond to browser Do Not Track (DNT) signals, because there’s no widely adopted standard for them. You can still limit cookies and storage in your browser settings.

Global Privacy Control (GPC) and similar legally recognized opt-out preference signals are different from DNT. We don’t sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, so these signals have nothing to switch off today. If that changes, we’ll honor them as the law requires before it starts.

Phone and SMS terms

If we text you about your request, message and data rates may apply. How often we text depends on your project. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help, or contact us directly.

We will not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You don’t have to agree to promotional texts to request a quote.

Children under 13

This site is for people planning tile projects and isn’t meant for children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll review it and remove it as appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, tools or data practices change, or when the law does. The date at the top shows the current version. If we make material changes, we’ll give notice as the law requires.
